This project explored how Google Gemini could transform Google Photos from a passive cloud storage product into an active creative platform for over one billion users.
Over a three-week intensive design sprint, I collaborated with the Google Creative Lab team to experiment with a new "Create" paradigm, reimagining Photos as a space for AI-driven creation rather than simple preservation.
The work resulted in production-ready concepts, a validated strategic framework for repositioning Google Photos as a creative tool, and a pipeline of launch-ready ideas now informing Google's broader generative AI roadmap.
