I led the design of Honest's new mobile app and marketing website, helping the challenger network bring its refreshed brand to life and redefine what "honest" means in mobile.
Honest set out to do things differently after the founders grew frustrated with big networks' price hikes, confusing contracts, and poor service.
Following a full rebrand from a brand agency, I joined to lead the UX and UI design for a native iOS and Android app, as well as a complex marketing site built from the ground up.
The app gives customers an effortless way to activate and manage multiple eSIMs, view their usage, and stay in control of their plan through a clean, intuitive interface that reflects Honest's promise of transparency.
The website features around twenty bespoke, responsive pages designed to communicate Honest's new identity and values clearly across every touchpoint.
Since launch, Honest has been featured on BBC's Dragon's Den and successfully raised £1.2 million in public crowdfunding.
